Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management solution, which will give you absolute authority over your e-mail box accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-use interface, you can create a brand new email box in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Also, you can forward electronic mails from one e-mail box account to another, configure e-mail filters, set up autoresponders and secure your e-mail box accounts against spam electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your email mailboxes against spam e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your e-mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for sorting your incoming electronic mails according to specific criteria defined by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can easily create an e-mail filter for any of your email box accounts and change the e-mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mails from one e-mail box account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail accounts. Simply specify the e-mail account you wish to redirect e-mail messages from, then choose the target e-mail box and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your choice to access your e-mail box accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you would like to set up on your PC or cellular phone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email mailbox will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple electronic mail accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will take care of the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
